Dynamic Self-Defense
Progressive Martial Arts Bacerra Method was offered to 4th - 6th graders in Bangor Area School District at DeFranco Elementary School. Our classes were part of Slater Family Network's Project Success after school program. Because of Bangor area school district's limitations on weapons training, we offered the empty-hand only version of PMABM called Dynamic Self-Defense.
This webpage will give information concerning DSD along with the class schedule and the student manual.
